Where are telehealth services available?

Telehealth services are available where Impact Health USA has appropriately licensed providers and where care is permitted by applicable law. Availability can vary by patient location, requested treatment, and provider licensure.

Who provides the clinical care?

Clinical care for Noviq Wellness patients is provided through Impact Health USA. Licensed healthcare providers available through Impact Health USA review patient information, conduct telehealth consultations when appropriate, make independent clinical decisions, and determine whether a requested treatment is medically appropriate.

How are prescriptions and pharmacy fulfillment handled?

If an Impact Health USA provider determines that medication is medically appropriate and issues a prescription, the prescription is sent for fulfillment through Striker Pharmacy. Striker Pharmacy is responsible for pharmacy fulfillment and may ship prescribed medication directly to the patient where permitted.

Is treatment guaranteed?

No. Completing an intake form, selecting a treatment, or making a payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A licensed provider through Impact Health USA makes the prescribing decision based on your individual clinical evaluation and applicable requirements.

Do I need to speak with a provider?

Yes, when required for your care. Your health information is reviewed through the Impact Health USA clinical process by a licensed provider. Depending on your health history, goals, requested treatment, and applicable requirements, the provider may request additional information, lab work, or a telehealth consultation before making a treatment decision.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not evaluate compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Can I use Noviq Wellness for emergency care?

No. Noviq Wellness is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
